Emotional Care
Grief Support
We offer individual and group grief counseling for veterans, service members, and their families who have experienced the loss of loved ones due to combat, illness, or other circumstances. Our support groups provide a safe space for sharing experiences, validating emotions, and finding comfort in connection with others.
Trauma-Informed Care
Our therapists utilize evidence-based approaches specifically designed to address the unique challenges of trauma experienced by veterans and service members. The techniques to be used may include techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Ecotherapy.
Stress and Anger Management
Many veterans and service members struggle with stress and anger related to deployment experiences or military culture. We offer individual and group therapy sessions to help clients develop effective coping mechanisms for managing these emotions and improving well-being.
Loneliness and Social Isolation
Loneliness and Social Isolation: Returning veterans may experience social isolation or difficulty reconnecting with family and friends. We provide individual counseling and support groups to help veterans develop social skills, build healthy relationships, and overcome loneliness.
