Mental Care
Mental Health First Aid
Our team provides Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to veterans, service members, and their families. MHFA equips individuals with the skills to identify signs and symptoms of mental health conditions, offer initial support, and guide people toward professional help.
Mental Health Peer Support
Our peer support team will provide peer support with true connection that is encouraging. Also, peer support specialists who are veterans themselves will provide mentorship and emotional support to other veterans navigating challenges. Having peer support to share their pain and lived experiences can foster a sense of connection and hope.
Mental Health Therapy
Our team of licensed therapists and counselors will offer individual and group therapy sessions for a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse to our veterans, service members on or off bases. Their families both nuclear and extended families are welcome to reach out to us. We will work with our clients, their families, to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
Mental Health Coaching
Our team offers Mental Health Coaching which can take place in any setting comfortable to our veterans and service members. The objective is to provide space for accountability and encouragement to begin, continue through their treatments, and complete it. Also, we follow up after treatment is concluded to provide space for feedback and help with new goal setting/lifestyle and support groups resources.
